The PARENTING DILEMMA

Parenting today feels harder than ever — not because we’re broken or failing, but because we’re parenting in conditions that constantly push us toward burnout, shame, and disconnection. We’re raising children in a world full of conflicting advice, endless “expert” opinions, and social media scrolls. There’s no shortage of information, but there’s a deep shortage of real, human support.

The result? Parents are burntout, anxious, and constantly second-guessing themselves.

Behind the Bedtime Routines

Hi, I am Samantha

I used to feel so stuck. The bad days outweighed the good, and no matter how many books or blogs I read, nothing seemed to give me real answers about parenting, just more confusion. One day (thank you, algorithm), a parenting coach training ad popped up on my feed. I realized I could not only support my own family but help other parents as well. I'm a mom of three and someone who believes deeply in showing up for your child and yourself. My work is rooted in nervous system and attachment science, and the belief that parenting is about presence, curiosity, and collaboration.

A happy family of three, with a mother, father, and young boy, walking outdoors in a field during golden hour. The father and mother are holding the boy’s hands as he lifts his arms in joy.

PARENTING HAS EVOLVED THROUGH GENERATIONS & YOURS CAN TOO

A woman and two young girls inside a house, with the woman wearing a plaid shirt, one girl wearing a pink paper crown, and the other girl having a surprised expression.
A woman with glasses and a bow in her hair is smiling and hugging a young girl with curly hair, who is smiling with hands clasped together.
A woman with curly hair and a white blazer leaning close to a girl with long dark hair, both smiling and hugging, against a plain background.
A man and a young girl are playing together in a brightly lit room near a large window. The man is sitting on the floor handing a toy to the girl, who is bending forward to receive it. The room has a white shelf with woven baskets, a globe, and toys, with a poster on the wall. The floor is wooden, and the scene appears cozy and playful.
A mother holding a baby close, with the mother cradling the baby's back and the baby's arm resting on the mother's chest, both wearing knitted sweaters.
HELD & HEARD PARENTING

The REDEFINED VILLAGE

HELD & HEARD exists because you were never meant to figure this all out alone. As a parenting coach, I help you tune out the noise and tune into what actually matters: your connection with your child, your own emotional regulation, and your ability to parent with confidence and clarity. Together, we’ll explore practical tools, make space for healing, and build a rhythm that works for your family — not someone else’s idea of success.

You don’t need a script. You don’t need to get it “right” every time. You just need the support to lead with presence, awareness, and trust in yourself. You don’t have to carry it all alone. You get to feel Held and Heard.
